Passing Down a Trade

Brandt Plumbing is a family owned business, which sometimes means you might get an extra helper at your home in the form of one of our sons, Hudson & Truman. Scott went into the trades in his early 20’s as an alternative to college. While many people discount the trades, we believe that more kids  should be taught these important skills, which is why our kids are learning young! As long as there are people, there will always be a tremendous need for plumbers, carpenters, electricians and other tradespeople.  We try to make our business and it’s lessons in hard work a family affair, showing our kids and others around us that there are many different paths to success.

Our son Truman is a huge fan of the family business. He is seven years old and is known to tell anyone and everyone about “our business”. His seven-year-old goals include going to college and then returning to work with his dad at Brandt Plumbing. We couldn’t be prouder.  He’s a pro at pro-press and he loves to write the invoices!
